PR: 3:09 Chicago & Colorado marathons in 04 and several halfs in New England and Colorado.
Short-Term Running Goals:
After a winter of falling off my training, I hope to re-vitalize my running and train more effectively and see if I can make a final legitimate attempt at a sub 3 hour marathon.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I began actively training again in 2000 and ran a series of half & full marathons with the goal of running a sub 3 hour full. I thought experience would out weigh aging, but that has not been the case and I believe that is due to improper training plan, I need to train smart and avoid injuries which happen so much easier now.
